The Venango Chamber Orchestra performed a free concert at the Barrow-Civic Theater on Sunday afternoon — and its first since the COVID-19 pandemic curtailed performances — to coincide with the orchestra’s 30th anniversary.
The orchestra, which normally gives two free concerts a year, one in the spring and another in the fall, is made up of members of all ages.
